Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using CreatorPilot. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CreatorPilot Technologies Ltd, a company incorporated in England and Wales ("CreatorPilot", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using any part of our service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
If you are using CreatorPilot on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
CreatorPilot is a SaaS platform designed to help content creators manage and optimise brand deal pipelines. Our core features include:
- Deal pipeline management: Track inbound and outbound brand deal opportunities in a structured workflow
- AI contract review: Automated analysis of brand contracts to flag problematic clauses, low rates, unfair exclusivity, and missing kill fees
- WhatsApp bot integration: An AI assistant that reads brand briefs delivered via WhatsApp and helps you craft responses
- Brand matching: Inbound deal matching based on your niche and rate card
- Reporting and analytics: Insights into deal performance, income tracking, and pipeline health
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
3. Subscription and Billing
Access to CreatorPilot requires a paid subscription. The following terms apply to all subscriptions:
- Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles
- Fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period
- All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of an annual plan, except where required by law
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CreatorPilot to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our platform
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without our written consent
- Use automated means (scrapers, bots) to access or extract data from the platform beyond normal usage
- Harass, impersonate, or cause harm to other users
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
5. Intellectual Property
Your data: You retain full ownership of all content and data you upload to CreatorPilot, including contracts, deal notes, and communications. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service. We will never sell or share your deal data with brands or third parties.
Our platform: CreatorPilot, including its software, design, trademarks, and AI models, is the exclusive property of CreatorPilot Technologies Ltd. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of our intellectual property to you.
Feedback: If you provide feedback or suggestions about the service, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve CreatorPilot without obligation to you.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
CreatorPilot is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.
AI-generated contract analysis and deal recommendations are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. You should consult a qualified solicitor for legal matters.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by English law, CreatorPilot Technologies Ltd and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or if we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
